Design and optimize gas turbine components for turbojet and turbofan development programs, covering compressors, turbines, shafts, bearing systems, and stationary structures. Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, prepare drawings and manufacturing guidelines, and execute FMECA and FRACAS activities to support safety and operability. Review designs and simulations, generate testing guidelines, identify project risks, and collaborate with teams while developing junior engineers.

•Design and optimize gas turbine static and rotary systems for life, weight, manufacturability, and cost.
•Perform GD&T tasks and define assembly procedures.
•Prepare drawings and define manufacturing guidelines.
•Carry out FMECA and FRACAS activities to support safety and operability assessments.
•Review designs and simulations, generate testing guidelines, identify project risks, and plan mitigations while supporting and developing junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering degree (or related field).
•5+ years of relevant experience for a lead/senior role.
•Strong background in gas turbine propulsion, mechanical design, integrity, and heat transfer.
•Fluency in English.
•Experience with gas turbine externals/accessories, component design (disks/shafts/couplings), and/or FRACAS activities.
