Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned mechanical design projects from sales order review to handover to production.
  • •Perform project design, processing, and supporting activities for the assigned product range.
  • •Review customer project design specifications and collaborate with Sales/Tendering to engineer solutions from order requirements.
  • •Prepare and review customer-facing documents including pump cross section, general arrangement, P&ID, and wiring diagrams in 2D/3D; review buyout component drawings and documents.
  • •Prepare/check/release BOMs in ERP, coordinate with operations/purchase/sales/quality/testing through order execution, and support pump site commissioning until successful operation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3-8 years of related engineering experience, including manufacturing, EPCs, and/or oil and gas industry.
  • •Experience in centrifugal pump engineering with knowledge and interpretation of applicable industry standards (e.g., API-610, API 682, ASME Pressure Vessel Code, ASME standards, AGMA, NACE).
  • •Hands-on experience with AutoCAD design software; experience with NX, engineering base, and Teamcenter is an added advantage.
  • •ERP experience (JDE experience is an added advantage).
  • •Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and ability to travel to customer/supplier sites on a limited basis.
