Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and develop a team of drivers, including performance appraisals, hiring, discipline, training, scheduling, and mentor meetings.
  • •Coordinate daily with Dispatch Supervisor to implement Teamster contract requirements, including out-of-town assignments and driver conduct, performance, and attendance.
  • •Observe drivers in the field to ensure timely, efficient deliveries, excellent customer relations, and safe equipment operation.
