Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and tear down Risco stuffer, Tipper-tie, Super Dice stuffing table, and required pipes, valve stations, heaters, and equipment.
  • •Learn and operate all equipment essential to producing product in the pepperoni grind room.
  • •Ensure sticks meet diameter and weight requirements, clips are secure, and no air is being stuffed into casing.
  • •Observe Tyson/USDA safety and sanitation rules, including using proper lifting techniques and wearing PPE.
  • •Operate pallet jack and perform production checks and duties in accordance with instructions.
