•Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.

•High school diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
•Ability to develop comfort level with new household acquisitions and deepen customer relationships.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
•Exhibits business acumen and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
•This position requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
