Foundation Room Security

Maintain safety and security for staff, artists, vendors, and guests in the Foundation Room and House of Blues. Provide member-facing assistance and information, support reservation timing, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure smooth arrivals. Monitor lounge and podium areas, prevent theft and hazards, handle altercations, and lead emergency evacuation procedures. Enforce venue photo/video policies, conduct ID checks, and perform metal-detector or pat-down inspections while using radios and clear communication throughout shifts.
