Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, tune, and refine AI agents that digitize and streamline sales operational tasks.
  • •Implement, strategize, and improve AI prompts and context to increase output efficiency, performance, and quality.
  • •Research, curate, and implement API/MCP integrations.
  • •Build orchestrated workflows within and across agents, including end-to-end coordination.
  • •Apply last-mile data transformations, maintain logic documentation/diagrams, monitor agent performance, and realign agents to changing requirements and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Business Analytics, Math/Statistics, or related areas.
  • •7+ years of experience in applied AI engineering (or related), with at least 2 years in agentic development (or equivalent context plus timely engineering).
  • •Expert-level Python proficiency with modular, object-oriented code, strict typing, and rigorous unit/integration testing for production.
  • •Experience building real-time interactive agents and batch agentic workflow processes in production.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM stacks/frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, RAG pipelines) and agent orchestration systems (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain).
