Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and apply semiconductor process and device models to address critical DRAM technology challenges and guide process development decisions.
  • •Use TCAD and semiconductor simulation/modeling tools to understand process interactions, device behavior, and scaling opportunities.
  • •Design experiments and analyze results using DOE and statistical analysis to improve model fidelity.
  • •Correlate simulation with experimental and silicon data to refine accuracy and deepen process understanding.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues and provide simulation-driven insights supporting successful R&D-to-manufacturing transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field with demonstrated semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Experience with semiconductor device physics and developing semiconductor process/device models.
  • •Experience using TCAD, Silvaco, Sentaurus, or comparable semiconductor process/device modeling tools.
  • •Experience correlating simulation results with experimental or silicon data.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques to solve complex semiconductor technology problems.
