Technical Program Manager - Offroad

Manage complex autonomous mining engineering programs for customer deployments, coordinating hardware/software stack delivery and commissioning across sites globally. Own multiple concurrent customer engagements, define bi-weekly sprint goals, and maintain rigorous documentation and task traceability in Jira and Confluence. Serve as the operational backbone for workstream hygiene while partnering with software engineers and customer teams to integrate solutions and drive AI-driven workflow improvements.
