Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula care to clients within Loula’s network.
  • •Complete the interest form and screening process to move forward with partnership.
  • •Accept client referrals via Loula’s referral/doula matching program and coordinate as introduced by a Care Navigator.
  • •Maintain your own independent practice in a non-exclusive network while working alongside Loula.
  • •Use Loula’s operational support (credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment) to reduce administrative burden and focus on client care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, OR have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, or letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support setting these up.
