Job Summary

Develop, implement, and oversee sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with environmental and social goals. Drive initiatives to reduce carbon footprint, improve resource efficiency, and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards. Lead reporting and ESG metric tracking, manage stakeholder collaboration across construction projects, and support sustainable supply chain and employee training while assessing climate and environmental risks.

Job Function: Environmental & Sustainability

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
•Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and sustainability standards and report updates to leadership.
•Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction across operations.
•Develop sustainability reports, track ESG KPIs, and contribute to ESG disclosures relevant to construction and concession sectors.
•Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, regulators, and community organizations to advance sustainability goals, including sustainable supply chain management and employee training.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience and a plus of 2 years GCC experience.
•Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for construction and concession sectors.
•Excellent project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in large-scale infrastructure projects.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate at all levels within construction and engineering teams.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
