Model Art Lead

Oversee the creation and quality standards for characters, weapons, and vehicle models for the project, leading a global team of artists. Mentor and guide artists through established workflows, prioritize assignments, and provide clear feedback to internal and external teams. Research and apply the latest techniques and industry standards, collaborate with Tools/Engine/Tech Art on new or improved workflows, and document processes to improve efficiency.
