Drive delivery excellence within Digital / IT Client Solutions by evolving delivery modes to improve performance, efficiency, and business/user impact. •Evolve delivery practices and operating modes to sustainably improve performance, efficiency, and impact for business and users.
•Coach teams to adopt new practices, develop capabilities, and embed a culture based on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Align strategy, priorities, execution, and results through a pragmatic, impact-oriented approach.
•Strengthen operational excellence by simplifying processes, fluidifying workflows, and applying Agile and Lean principles.
•Set up data-driven and visual management mechanisms (Obeya, KPIs, dashboards) and promote user-centered approaches, Gemba, and process automation to improve service quality.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience leading IT organizations, project portfolios, or Delivery Excellence functions, including transformation of ways of working in an international environment.
•Experience improving operational performance and implementing Agile, Lean, or DevOps practices while optimizing processes and organizations.
•Strong customer and user orientation, with experience applying user-centered approaches, field observation (Gemba), and/or design centered on users.
•Proficiency in governance and data-driven performance management, with performance indicators and visual management tools such as Obeya (or equivalent).
•Proven experience in budget management, building business cases, value optimization, and managing strategic suppliers.
