Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high quality personal training programs to members, including assessment, programming, and progression
  • •Engage with members on the gym floor, providing fitness and motivational support while maintaining brand standards
  • •Maintain clean and fully operational facilities and ensure member safety during exercises
  • •Educate members on etiquette and regulations and enforce club rules
  • •Liaise with other departments to promote efficiency and one team culture

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) / equivalent or working towards (enrolled)
  • •UAEReps qualification or working towards (as per external qualifications)
  • •Ability to deliver market leading fitness expertise and counseling to members
  • •Willingness to wear Fitness First uniforms and adhere to club KPIs and policies
