Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined sales execution and opportunity management.
  • •Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business priorities and Autodesk’s growth objectives.
  • •Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through whitespace identification, account expansion, and competitive displacement.
  • •Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional Account Team Unit (ATU) efforts across Sales, Technical Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, Renewals, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes and sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • •Demonstrated hunter mindset with success generating pipeline, winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and displacing competitors.
  • •Extensive experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions into the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) industries.
  • •Established executive and C-suite relationships across Singapore’s AEC sector, with the ability to influence strategic business and technology decisions.
  • •Experience leading complex, high-value enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
