Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Career Talent (Contractor)

Coordinate and streamline the end-to-end recruiting process for Early Career Talent, including scheduling phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate travel. Partner with recruiters to support campus and high-volume hiring initiatives, maintain accurate candidate tracking in Greenhouse, and ensure scorecards and debrief materials are ready for hiring teams. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, support hiring timelines and deliverables, and continuously improve recruiting operations.
