Key Responsibilities

•Drive aggressive revenue growth with an entrepreneurial territory sales strategy aligned to CivilSense’s digital water portfolio.
•Adapt to evolving digital water technologies and promote smart solutions supporting long-term water stewardship.
•Own the full sales cycle (prospecting through closing) and deliver product/technical demonstrations.
•Manage pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce with reliable, timely insights.
•Build relationships with city engineers, public works directors, and utility managers; collaborate with product/marketing/technical partners and represent the company at industry events.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a track record in SaaS, digital infrastructure, or smart utility solutions.
•Sell complex, data-driven platforms to municipal, utility, or engineering clients, especially involving AI, predictive analytics, or IoT.
•Deep understanding of water sector challenges including non-revenue water loss, stormwater management, and wastewater optimization.
•Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and guide customers through digital transformation journeys.
•Experience with long sales cycles and public procurement processes, including stakeholder engagement and funding alignment.
