Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare portfolio materials for client meetings and retrieve reports from multiple systems.
  • •Set up files with account documentation and ensure proper investment guidelines and fees are in place.
  • •Order and deliver reports for portfolio managers or clients as requested.
  • •Communicate with clients and portfolio managers on requests and ensure follow-up actions.
  • •Interact with partners daily to share information on client relationships and portfolios.
