•Develops new material, including leather, fabric, hardware, and all accessories.
•Monitors and corrects sampling outcome to meet design intent.
•Manages all delivery and timing needs for all prototypes in development, salesman and pilot production.
•Participated in product hand over to Production and QA team.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Min 10 years merchandising experience, with at least 5 years in luggage and handbag; experience in product development is preferred.
•Willing to travel to China and Southeast Asia countries.
•Mature, self-motivated, and strong sense of responsibility.
•Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
•Proven ability to manage design-to-production handoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
