Job Summary

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise endpoint management platforms across Workspace ONE (UEM/Access/Intelligence) and Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune, including co-management. Lead complex migrations, OS deployment and Autopilot provisioning, advanced patch management with SLA and compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation integrations. Serve as the L2 technical anchor and SME for global client accounts, using PowerShell automation, Graph API integrations, and WQL/SQL reporting while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and maintain Workspace ONE architecture (UEM, Access, Intelligence) and manage endpoint enrollment, provisioning, and configuration for mobile and Windows devices.
•Architect Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune tenant configuration including enrollment profiles, policy sets, compliance frameworks, and Conditional Access design.
•Manage advanced patch management using Workspace ONE, SCCM ADRs, Intune WUfB, and expedite policies, including SLAs, exceptions, emergency patching, and compliance reporting.
•Lead Windows 10/11 migration and in-place upgrade projects, designing OSD task sequences with MDT, driver management, and post-deployment automation.
•Serve as the L2 escalation point/technical lead for complex endpoint incidents and drive technical workstreams and continuous improvement for managed accounts.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (site hierarchy, OSD, patch management, applications, and reporting).
•Expertise in Microsoft Intune (full MDM/MAM lifecycle, compliance, Autopilot, WUfB, and co-management).
•Manage Windows 10/11 image management including task sequences, WinPE/MDT, driver management, and Autopilot ZTP.
•Advanced PowerShell scripting, plus Graph API integrations and SCCM SDK operations for automation and reporting.
•Strong English communication for client-facing governance, documentation, and escalation management.
