Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 3–6, guiding independence and concentration through close observation, prepared environments, and individualized/small-group lessons. Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom using Montessori materials across practical life, literacy, math, science, and cultural studies. Build strong relationships with children and families by communicating regularly and collaborating to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
