Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enhance the ICT Risk Management framework and related policies in line with group standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Provide second-line oversight and monitoring across technology and security initiatives, including review of issues and ongoing risk metric monitoring.
  • •Conduct risk assessments for new products and for existing systems, processes, and technology arrangements.
  • •Enhance risk appetite and KRIs for ICT risks and perform independent reviews with challenge to first-line teams.
  • •Report governance updates on findings and risk themes; strengthen oversight of outsourced and intra-group technology and information security activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in cyber, technology, or ICT risk with strong second-line oversight and independent challenge.
  • •Experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally financial services, including governance and regulatory expectations.
  • •Strong understanding of ICT, cyber, and operational risks for cryptocurrency/digital asset businesses, including third-party dependencies and technology resilience.
  • •Knowledge of ICT/cyber regulatory requirements such as DORA, MiCA, EU AI Act, and CSSF expectations.
  • •Experience across technology risk, control assurance, incident response, and internal controls; technology audit experience is a plus.
