Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee payroll operations across EMEA countries, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.
  • •Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure regional consistency and quality.
  • •Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting excellence and knowledge-sharing.
  • •Collaborate with external partners (e.g., auditors and regulatory bodies) to address compliance and payroll queries.
  • •Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate, up-to-date payroll and regulatory records.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of payroll legislation and regulations across EMEA countries.
  • •Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software, including ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
