Support Global Business Solutions (TikTok For Business) in short-term projects that help deepen partnerships and grow revenue. Key Responsibilities

•Be an integral part of the sales team to support partnership growth and revenue across multiple industries in Vietnam.
•Support sales lifecycle activities including research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, and daily performance monitoring.
•Monitor ad compliance to ensure advertisements adhere to TikTok advertising policies and best practices while maintaining brand safety.
•Build a one-pager by identifying clients’ challenges and helping develop scalable solutions and go-to-market strategy, including supporting multilingual translation when required.
•Coordinate internal projects and provide administrative support such as logistics, drafting meeting minutes, and following up on action points; provide multilingual translation and language quality review across Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Chinese and English; fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
•Start as soon as possible.
•Commit to 6 months.
•Strong capability to support sales lifecycle activities and client-facing coordination (research, analytics, onboarding, and documentation).
