Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle administrative tasks for CTII and CIVMAR, including liaising with clients and connecting stakeholders.
  • •Manage onboarding by entering CTII personnel into HII’s BI system and HireRight and ensuring required checks and certificates.
  • •Contact technicians and support personnel to ensure PII accuracy and that badges are up to date for maritime installations.
  • •Analyze GL reports to ensure correct charge codes and cross-reference with ship supervisor logs for financial tracking.
  • •Track travel costs, support invoicing validation using GL reports, and monitor deadlines, resources, and the project budget by writing status reports.
