  • •Collaborate across engineering, product program office, finance, and production leadership to support strategic sourcing initiatives and program/manufacturing goals.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report supply chain performance to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain or production-related work for complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • •Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
