Director, Product Sourcing Engineering (Electronics)

Lead product sourcing strategy to ensure supply continuity, quality, cost efficiency, and business scalability. Manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who serve as the central point of contact for supply chain needs across product development. Partner with engineering, program management, finance, and production leadership to negotiate supplier terms and tradeoffs, track supply KPIs, drive process improvements, and proactively mitigate sourcing risks.
