Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the project execution plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources) and own the site schedule to deliver cost, specifications, and client satisfaction.
  • •Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineers, technicians, subcontractors) and direct day-to-day project team operations.
  • •Ensure contractual requirements are met, manage contractual risk through timely responses/escalations, and provide input on VO’s and contractual claims.
  • •Implement QA/QC procedures and monitor project progress, productivity, and performance; prepare progress/performance reports including EVM, forecasts, risks, and mitigation.
  • •Manage site records (site diaries), define subcontract/supply requirements with Supply Chain, and track retention/defects liability punch-lists while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of project management experience in MEP mega projects for BMS, electrical, or low-voltage systems.
  • •MBA and/or PMP and PRINCE2 (or similar) project management certification is required.
  • •Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •Demonstrated safety management experience on large commercial/infrastructure projects and strong interpersonal/customer relationship skills.
