Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker within a plan-based advice program, helping clients and small business owners assess financial needs and confidence in their financial wellness. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, recommend investment and insurance solutions, and open/manage personal and business accounts. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams to acquire clients, deepen relationships, meet goals, ensure compliance, and support teller and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess clients’ financial needs during conversations and deliver tailored financial wellness recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and documenting calling/prospecting efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and ability to work as a Private Client Banker delivering advice to clients.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales/service skills with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners and centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows; Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
