Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and report maintenance or repair issues.
  • •Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete safely and efficiently according to dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Add materials (fiber, color, or other additives) as needed and ensure product quality (e.g., slump) upon delivery.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher, check delivery tickets for special instructions, and complete required documentation and signatures.
  • •Collect payments, rinse out equipment, maintain operator logs and records per company policy and DOT regulations, and report problems or repairs needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Current Class A or B CDL with self-certification of non-excepted interstate and a current DOT medical card.
