Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions.
•Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers to develop products that satisfy customer needs.
•Deliver features through the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
•Automate and enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.
•Established a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Familiarity with one of the programming languages (e.g. Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, C#) and one of the testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, pytest and Robot Framework).
•Familiarity with microservice architectures and REST API development
•Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis)
•Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g. GitHub Action)
