Key Responsibilities

•Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build and integrate e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
•Integrate TikTok Shop with partner APIs to scale to a broader audience while ensuring end-to-end scalability and cohesive customer experience.
•Design, develop, and test global products for the creator affiliate and agency programs.
•Optimize influencer and affiliate experiences, including affiliate GMV and influencer activities.
•Own product feature development end-to-end from initial requirements through post-live analysis to improve efficiency and experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
•5+ years managing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java, Golang, Python, or C++.
•Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
•In-depth knowledge of databases and messaging frameworks such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
•Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, networking, data security, and highly scalable systems design.
