Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the on-site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules and validate time/scope change impacts and delays.
  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and prepare/monitor tasks to realize project requirements against the baseline programme.
  • •Develop tender and contractual scheduling requirements, including contractual KPIs for schedule accuracy, milestone achievement, and timely programme submission.
  • •Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure, integrate contract packages into the master plan, and review contractor schedules with recommendations to the client.
  • •Analyze critical path and constraints, develop mitigation plans, and support extension of time (EOT) claim defense and recommendation reporting; prepare micro-management schedules for critical work elements.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects, preferably with data centre experience.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and delivering large-scale project status reports.
  • •Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
