Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently define programs across Link’s payment, identity, and consumer finance initiatives, including scoping, objectives, success criteria, and resource influence.
  • •Apply prioritization and decision-making frameworks to drive high-velocity yet durable decisions that avoid downstream debt.
  • •Identify obstacles and risks across cross-functional workstreams, communicate them to stakeholders, and develop plans to address and prevent recurrence.
  • •Represent the voice of Link’s consumers and merchants by translating user needs into clear program objectives and grounding engineering/product decisions in real problems.
  • •Drive clarity across stakeholders on goals, problems, and intended outcomes, serving as connective tissue across Link sub-teams and dependencies, including coordination across Stripe.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management or technical program management experience, including managing programs across all phases of software development.
  • •Proven track record defining and executing complex programs across multiple functions in consumer-facing or payments products.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • •Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and bring rapid clarity to multi-stakeholder problems to drive effective solutions.
  • •Working knowledge of API design and high-level system architecture to partner with engineering teams on program delivery.
