Job Summary

Help enterprise customers go live quickly with an AI CX platform by scoping deployments, designing tenant configurations and plugins, and owning integration architecture. Serve as the technical face in pre-sales, run live demos that convert, and translate customer voice into product and engineering. You’ll also configure tenants, review API payloads, debug integrations in real time, and craft repeatable deployment playbooks while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Scope deployments and design tenant configurations and plugin enablement.
•Own customer integration scoping (CCaaS/CRM/SIP) and deliver live demos that win.
•Provide the customer’s voice back to Product and Engineering.
•Configure tenants, read API payloads, and debug customer integrations in real time.
•Own committed go-live timelines and craft repeatable deployment playbooks for faster onboarding.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of solutions architecture/sales engineering in contact-center, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS.
•Technical ability to design integrations on a whiteboard and own CTO-level conversations.
•Knowledge of CCaaS/CTI, SIP/RTP, and CRM landscapes.
•Strong working knowledge of the modern AI stack (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents, transcription/translation).
•Enterprise experience taking customers live end-to-end, including network quirks, security reviews, and procurement.
