Job Summary

Support upstream/midstream engineering and petro-technical teams by acquiring, preparing, verifying, analyzing, tracking, and reporting operational and financial data. Build and improve analytics tools, automate manual workflows, and develop new methods to retrieve, visualize, and analyze large datasets. Lead cross-functional analytics projects, enforce data quality standards, design executive dashboards, and mentor Level 1–2 analysts while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist engineering and petro-technical teams with data acquisition, preparation, and monitoring across operational, AFE, and LOE datasets.
•Integrate data across financial, operational, and technical sources; establish and enforce data quality standards with corporate teams.
•Build analytical tools and automate workflows to deliver insights into business processes.
•Lead cross-functional analytics projects aligned to strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.
•Design interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting; present findings to leadership and mentor Level 1–2 analysts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in relevant upstream/midstream Oil & Gas Operations is preferred.
•Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry and related software (e.g., SAP, Aries, SCADA, Spotfire, GIS, Siteview).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience working with large datasets and performing database QC.
•Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
