Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming work notifications, plan work orders, and assign technician resources; follow up with requestors as needed.
  • •Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules in CMMS.
  • •Create detailed work orders with labor estimates, materials, tools, safety procedures, and permits.
  • •Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption; ensure required resources are available.
  • •Develop and maintain PM programs using condition monitoring data, monitor maintenance backlogs, and adjust schedules based on time-delay analysis.

Key Requirements
