Own change strategy, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and executive/leader-led change approaches; use engagement and adoption metrics to track outcomes and continuously improve tools, templates, and capability models while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the organization’s change management and organizational effectiveness strategy aligned with business and enterprise goals.
•Provide strategic change leadership for complex, multi-workstream initiatives and create mitigation and adoption plans.
•Ensure consistent application of change methodologies, tools, and standards across the enterprise while enhancing change readiness through coaching.
•Use metrics to track change adoption, engagement, and effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve tools, templates, and capability models.
•Lead, coach, and develop a small team while balancing strategic consulting with execution support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 181,400 - 241,866.67 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
•8-10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or strategic talent management partner roles.

•Strong knowledge of HR processes and how organizational effectiveness integrates across the talent lifecycle.
•Experience leading a team and influencing senior leaders.
