Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach engineers across multiple services and programs to deliver complex software solutions
  • •Architect and drive implementation of distributed systems, service interactions, and governance policies
  • •Write interfaces, tests, and architecture fitness functions; contribute to non-feature code and coding across IDEs
  • •Contribute to agile processes, prioritization, and decision-making with product partners
  • •Mentor engineers, participate in guild initiatives, and speak/publish on engineering topics

Key Requirements

  • •Expert in building highly resilient and scalable distributed systems with deep exposure to database, messaging and caching technologies
  • •Proven design and development experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, SQL, and secure coding standards
  • •Strong DevOps practices knowledge including infrastructure as code, cloud-first development, CI/CD, automation, pipelines, virtualization, and containerization
  • •Experience with advanced test setups in production (A/B testing, canary releases, blue-green deployment, feature flags) and operating system internals (Windows, Linux, mainframe)
  • •Ability to articulate architecture patterns and drive cross-team collaboration, cost/benefit analyses, and governance for large-scale programs
