Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on customer-facing projects in the Client Services department, partnering with architects and fellow consultants.
  • •Sign off and deliver best-of-breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients.
  • •Ensure CIAM change implementations meet or exceed client expectations.
  • •Use analytical and consulting skills to determine what customers need to realize strategic ambitions.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., engineers building customer portals) across systems and integration topics, while incorporating UX/UI insights and security requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in CIAM or IAM (CIAM track record preferred; IAM experience acceptable).
  • •Experience with e-tail Checkout and/or customer journey mapping.
  • •Familiarity with one or more: OWASP, OSI, XML, JSON, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Java, Python, Bash, Linux, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes, AWS, Archimate, Node, HTML/CSS/CSP, JavaScript.
  • •Solid analytical skills.
  • •Confidence leading discussions with client-side counterparts, including senior management, and translating complex use cases into clear stories.
