Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned shifts across warehouse and kitchen processes, including safety/cleanliness, quality, and training
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, with proactive communication when issues arise, and smooth Dasher pickups
  • •Guide Operations Associates during the shift by ensuring safe, productive work and acting as daily operations escalation point
  • •Support both warehouse and kitchen daily tasks, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •Previous success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
  • •Ability to stand and move heavy products, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and operating a pallet jack and hand truck
  • •Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training)
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required)
  • •Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, plus schedule flexibility for different shifts as needed
