Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end investment performance measurement across portfolios and asset classes, ensuring accurate portfolio return calculations and validation against approved methodologies.
  • •Produce and review performance contribution and attribution analyses (including asset allocation, security selection, factor attribution, and risk-adjusted performance) and validate benchmark calculations.
  • •Analyze performance versus investment objectives, benchmarks, and strategic asset allocation; identify drivers of return and prepare stakeholder performance reports and executive insights.
  • •Ensure performance data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across systems; manage data validation/exceptions and maintain documentation of policies and controls supporting methodologies.
  • •Oversee performance reporting platforms and analytics tools; support system/methodology enhancements, reporting automation initiatives, visualization improvements, and adoption of AI-enabled reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •CIPM or CFA Charter holder (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • •10–12 years of experience in investment performance measurement, attribution reporting, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting.
  • •Minimum 3 years leading or supervising performance reporting teams.
  • •Strong experience with multi-asset portfolios, benchmark methodologies, and institutional investment performance reporting, including implementing reporting enhancements or performance systems.
