•Drive the Small Parcel Logistics revenue planning process with accountability for key performance objectives.
•Develop and implement strategies to generate new revenue streams and expand customer relationships through commercial agreements and tactical incentive deals.
•Ensure market/key data sources and business tools are used by the team to capture opportunities and trends.
•Interface with senior management of large multinational e-tailers, distributors, retailers, and other shippers of small, high-volume parcels.
•Attract, hire, train, develop, and manage the sales team, coaching and communicating business needs to ensure effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
•7+ years of experience in Sales, Cargo, or a similar commercial role at a leading logistics enterprise, including small parcel shipping experience (operations, account management, or sales).
•Master’s degree in business, Finance, or Analytics is preferred.
•3–5 years of additional experience at a high-growth logistics or supply chain startup, preferably small parcel-focused.
•Experience with logistics technology stacks such as TMS, API integrations, or cloud-based parcel tracking systems is preferred.
