Job Summary

Support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren Corporate Business Division with on-site procurement management across major programs. Lead review and analysis of procurement requirements, recommend compliant procurement vehicles under FAR, and assist customers with documentation for FIAR audit readiness. Oversee the procurement life cycle (material screening, ITPR coordination, PR creation, discrepancy reporting, and DRMO coordination) while providing rapid, independent responses to stakeholder inquiries using tools such as MILSTRIP and IBPES.

Key Requirements

•Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
•Associate's degree OR 3+ years of related work experience.

•Knowledge of MILSTRIP, IBPES and other tools/systems used to support the procurement process.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
