Project Leader Thermoplastic Systems

Lead development projects for thermoplastic systems focused on sustainable products and technologies. Independently develop and validate new solutions, including scale-up and documentation, while planning and managing R&D projects according to corporate guidelines. Act as an expert across teams on thermoplastic raw materials and system components, help develop and patent new technologies, and present findings internally—supporting CO2 footprint reduction and knowledge sharing with internal and external partners.
