Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the enterprise CMDB roadmap, including CI standards and CI lifecycle management from onboarding through retirement.
  • •Establish and run CMDB governance meetings, governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures aligned to incident/problem/change and enterprise processes.
  • •Lead enterprise ITAM/HAM governance, including lifecycle controls for assets and software asset governance alongside SAM teams.
  • •Provide ServiceNow platform leadership across CMDB/HAM Pro/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITSM, including solution design, adoption, and platform upgrades.
  • •Resolve Discovery errors and publish CMDB health, asset compliance dashboards, and lifecycle analytics supporting audit and regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75 - 80 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Own the enterprise CMDB roadmap and establish CMDB governance framework, policies, standards, and operating procedures.
  • •Ensure CMDB supports Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Security, and Compliance processes and drive CMDB maturity improvements.
  • •Own enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle, including governance for procurement, receiving, deployment, support, refresh, reuse, and retirement.
  • •Lead ServiceNow platform initiatives (CMDB, HAM Pro, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM), including platform standards, solution designs, and upgrades.
  • •Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure SQL, plus hybrid integration architectures and Workday–ServiceNow integration patterns.
