Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value procurement and subcontract packages in an EPC environment. Manage budget, schedule, and quality (QHSES) compliance, report to the SCM Lead, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate with stakeholders across Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Willingness to travel to supplier sites, shops, and project locations is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a package (purchase orders and/or subcontracts) on budget and schedule, and abide by QHSES and project requirements.
•Maintain dialogue with the Project Management Team and provide accurate status updates and long-term outlooks.
•Identify risks and opportunities and maintain a strategic outlook throughout package execution.
•Maintain an accurate account of package costs, commitments, changes, and forecast.
•Interface with stakeholders to achieve package goals and ensure alignment with Project Controls and client requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or relevant discipline)
•8-12 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Project/Package Management, Manufacturing, or similar
•Technical knowledge of all phases of an EPCI project and domain knowledge of the proposed packages is preferred
•Commercial knowledge of contracts, purchase orders, and procurement-related disciplines (proposals, purchasing, expediting, logistics, material management)
•Strong understanding of QHSES requirements and compliance, plus travel willingness to various locations (shops, supplier offices, job sites)
