Director, Legal – Litigation and Employment

Own litigation and employment matters across the U.S. and internationally, including case strategy, investigation and response to claims, and management of outside counsel. Lead high-value collections, employment law compliance initiatives, workplace investigations, and reductions in force support. Draft and negotiate policies and agreements, advise on wage and hour and worker classification, manage legal holds, and oversee associate counsel and paralegal support while advising business and leadership on legal risk and mitigation.
