  • •Manage commercial and employment litigation matters in the U.S. and internationally, including case strategy, fact-finding, and outside counsel management
  • •Investigate and respond to claims, demand letters, administrative complaints, and related inquiries
  • •Oversee employment compliance initiatives, workplace investigations, and employment-related projects (including transition of APAC and international matters)
  • •Draft and maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, training programs, and workplace agreements; negotiate restrictive covenants and separation/severance agreements
  • •Provide legal support for RIFs, wage and hour compliance, worker classification, legal holds/document retention, subpoenas, and collections matters while advising business leadership on risk and mitigation
