Automotive Inspection Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Lead a front-line team in Carvana’s Inspection Center to safely move vehicles through reconditioning, hit production and quality targets, and ensure first-time repair completion. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and manage hourly associates, prevent and resolve conflicts, and review/approve mechanical and physical defects. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager and train teams using Quality Control standards and reconditioning/lean principles.
