Maintenance Planner

Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure the CMMS stays current and maintenance procedures are accurately recorded. Serve as the primary owner of engineering and maintenance documentation, train maintenance and production teams on procedures, and integrate maintenance with production plans, CIPs, and planned downtime. Estimate work duration, priorities, labor, and material needs, monitor KPIs, track critical equipment and spares, and audit task completion to improve maintenance performance.
