Manager/Senior Manager, People Business Partner

Lead and oversee talent development programs that drive organizational effectiveness across Carvana’s Operations teams. Partner with department leaders to execute people strategies spanning performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership development. Manage talent reviews, promotions, and merit cycles while advising on compensation-related activities. Build employee experience programs, coach leaders on people strategy, and lead change-management initiatives while overseeing a team of talent development professionals.
